		<p>An inquiry form needs to be filled at BuyOnlineClasses.com. We will get in touch with you to get other paperwork done including your KYC.</p>
		<h3>What are the charges for registering as a Seller on BOC?</h3>
		<p>Registration and Listing your educational material on BOC is absolutely <b>free of charge</b>. We charge a percentage of sale consideration as our commission for each completed sale transaction.</p>
		<h3>What all I can sell as a Seller on BOC?</h3>
		<p>Only Education and related materials can be sold on BOC platform. You can list and sell eLearning products in different formats like Online, CDs, DVDs, Pen/USB drives, Tablets etc.</p>
		<h3>How will I receive a purchase/sales notification from BOC?</h3>
		<p>Upon receipt of an order placement of your product/s on our website, we will send you an intimation with the necessary customer details to execute the order.</p>
		<h3>Are there any order delivery/dispatch timelines for the sellers?</h3>
		<p>The mode of despatch of your product to the buyer and the timelines is dealt with in our SHIPPING POLICY, which is available on our website.</p>
		<h3>What is the payment cycle on BOC?</h3>
		<p>This will be discussed at the time of registration and would be decided mutually.</p>

		<p>The Seller(s) shall make the shipments of their products. After each such shipment, the seller(s) will intimate the Buyer and BOC of the despatch with the tracking code to track the delivery of the order. For more details please go through our shipment policy.</p>

		<h3>How my Payments will be made under GST?</h3>
		<p>After satisfactory despatch of the product and after lapse of the time period of the replacement claim from the buyer, BOC, as per the agreed payment cycle, shall proceed with the disbursement of the sale consideration to the seller net of TCS @ 1% under GST Law</p>
		<h3>How will BOC collect its commission?</h3>
		<p>BOC will deduct its commission including GST 18% on such sale commission from the sale consideration received by it from the buyer and disburse the balance amount to the seller as per the payment cycle.</p>
